I. Application Conditions
(1) Having the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
(2) Above the age of 18 and below the age of 35 (born between October 15, 1979 and October 15, 1997). The age of the new graduate students and doctoral students (non-working) in 2016 can be relaxed to under 40 (1974 Born after October 15, 2015);

(4) having good morals;

In addition to some special posts and highly specialized posts, the central government and its provincial-level agencies mainly recruit people with more than two years of work experience at the grass-roots level. If an applicant is required to have a basic level of work experience, candidates must have the corresponding basic level of work experience. Active servicemen, non-graduates who are currently studying, serving civil servants, and staff members of institutions (units) managed with reference to the Civil Service Law cannot apply for the examination.
Persons who have been penalized for crimes and those who have been expelled from public office have been found to have committed serious violations of employment and other disciplinary acts during the recruitment of civil servants at all levels. Persons who have not been recruited as civil servants for 5 years, as well as other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations, shall not apply for the examination. Candidates must not apply for positions that constitute an avoidance relationship after they are accepted.
