National Civil Service Interview Process

2019-09-27 14:00:12 | Source: Public Education

The most common forms of civil service interviews are structured interviews and leadershipless group interviews.

Structured Interview Interview Process : Interview Registration Lottery → Waiting for Exam → Entering the Exam → Answers → Candidate Exits → Interview End → Next Candidate Admission → Results Confirmation → Interview End

No leadership group discussion interview process : Candidate admission → personal presentation → free discussion → summary presentation → candidate exit → scoring review → next candidate admission → result confirmation → interview end

In addition to the above two interview forms, a small number of departments will also adopt semi-structured interviews and structured group interviews.

Semi-structured Interview Process : Interview Registration Lottery → Waiting for Exam → Enter Exam → Answers → Candidate Exit → End of Interview → Next Candidate Admission → Results Confirmation → Interview End

Structured group interview process: First, draw lots in the waiting room. The lottery determines who you are going to perform PK with, usually three people or four people in the same position. Secondly, after entering the group, enter the test room together and draw lots again to determine the order of answers. There are question books, draft paper, and pen (some also have test process instructions) in the test room. 15 minutes of test preparation time can be written on the draft paper, but not Redraw the question book, please note that you cannot discuss each other during the test preparation. Finally enter the examination room and sit in the order of drawing. There are two forms of answering the next question: the first one is to answer the first question on the 1st, then to answer the first question on the 2nd, and then answer the first question on the 3rd; second, to answer the second question on the 2nd, and then on the 3rd No. 1 and No. 1 respectively answer the second question, and so on, everyone has the opportunity to answer the first question. The second type is to first complete the first question on No. 1 and then supplement the explanations on No. 2 and No. 3 respectively, and then proceed to the second and third questions by analogy in order to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to answer the first question. After answering the questions, comment and respond, firstly commenting on Nos. 2 and 3, and responding to Nos. 2 and 3 respectively, then commenting on No. 2 and responding to Nos. 3 and 1, respectively, and responding to No. 3 and No. 3 Nos. 1 and 2, and 1 and 2 responded respectively. At the end of the exam, the candidates leave together.
